Delicious high-quality smoothies and friendly service. I've only ordered smoothies here, so I can't speak to the coffee drinks. I usually order the supreme green smoothie, a delicious dose of veggies.

Wait time was a 6/10 we did have to wait in the drive thru for about 5-10 min
The service was great 10/10 they were really kind and did a nice job of talking to us about our day
Smoothies 8/10 the peanut butter cup smoothie was amazing loved it so much but the Bahama beach was way too sour and sugary.
Overall I give squeeze and grind a 8/10 -

This is my local go to for a cup of coffee. It's funny that I have never done a review and I go here so often. Coffee is always consistently the same great taste(16oz Almond Milk Latte). It's hard to find a place that is consistent especially with Almond milk.
I sometimes treat myself to their bagel sandwiches which are always hot and fresh. The owner is the sweetest gal you could ever meet and gives back to the community.

Delicious smoothies and sugar drinks, but if you're looking for good coffee and espresso, try another place. The staff is always pleasant and courteous.
